sun...mornin went for heart fair at vivo skypark...was one of the helpers there for nhc...the mornin sun was directly facin our booth...so sway...gt sunburnt...
was kind of pissed off tat day by those kiasu aunties n uncles...we had tis quiz for them to do n if they do it, a water bottle will be given...at first, no one came...but once the news spread to all participants tat free gifts r given out...everione came forward to do the quiz n demanded for the free water bottles...no one bothered to queue...everyone was like pushin one another...cn't they see tat there r very old ah ma n ah pek there who r very weak...mi n angela n nikki had to scream at them to tell them to stop fightin n arguin n we hav to treat them like children to ask them to queue in 2 lines if nt we wun gif the bottles...
we were lucky tat st john n heart institute ppl came to help us..
they tried all means to get more than one water bottle when we said onli one bottle to one quiz done...there were ppl who queue more than once...there were ppl who wrote on mani forms but all belong to the same name hopin tat we wun discover...there were also ppl who wrote their english name on one sheet n chinese on the other sheet...
oh ya...n there were ppl who stole our pens...the pens were tied to the rafia strings tat was tied to a clipboard n yet they still manage to steal it...a bottle tat cost less than 2bucks also wan...pen also wan...heard frm nikki tat the worst situation was at toa payoh heart fair where they gt into a fight n they had to pulled them apart...abit crazy...jus for the free water bottle...
saw these cute kids jumpin on this i-bounce...one of the trainer looks old but veri active...
afternn...met sh n st...went suntec for my playgrd...i was hopin for sth realli nice n hopin tat there will be nice things to buy...but the clothes there r jus nt our type...went fareast too...didn't buy anything..i tink online clothes r realli the best...esp taiwan...cheap n nice...but have to wait quite long...oh ya...finalli gt my clothes frm taiwan...didn't noe its glitterin...LOL...cn't rmb wat happen...i onli rmb my legs were achin after long hrs of shoppin...then we tok abt shit, jean danker look alike, abt 1989 ppl veri guai n abt sun wukong n hello kitty...so sh, cn't depend on mi to write ur blog liao...im hopeless too...
mon mornin...admin...mi n yn were super duper fast in doing those filin n sortin cos i was too naive to think tat if i cleared everything for them...they will let us go off earli...but tis could nv happen...afternn had my first session of ECG...mi n adiba did everithing on our own w/o any tech around...there was tis class A patient who saw my name tag...'attachment student' so he didn't believe in mi...class A patient.. so rich ...big deal...
tues...excitin went 44inpt...gt HER again...i tink i hav left a gd impression in her...she called mi georgi...hahah...she was like sayin"georgi, follow mi...come...u mus stick wit mi forever one...cn't leave mi"...so everione...she isn't tat fierce after all...
had a drug addict patient who gt infected wit MRSA(methicillin-resistant staph aureus)...we had to wear protective equipment to protect ourselves frm being infected...as he was a drug addict n uses needles(if im nt wrong), his vessels were damaged i tink so the docs couldn't find a spot to put the needle thru the skin...no choice had to use the femoral approach(near the groin)...he is doing a TEE procedure whereby a tube goes thru the mouth into the heart to see if gt any hole...heard frm the rest tat we r nt allowed to see it...but HER allowed mi n even prepared the protective equipment for mi!
unfortunately, GT LECTURE!!...sianz...cn't see...miss the excitin part...
nn...went treadmill...dr lee oh tis time...he looks stern n doesn't bothers abt the patient..but actualli he is a veri nice person..he scared us...told us tat there was a patient for slot in at 5...so mi, adiba n jt were like' wat?...wan to go home one le..' jt even asked him r u sure n he said ya becos he was the one who allowed the slot in to cum...but there were actualli no slot in...bluff us...heard frm jt...dr guna was even more comical...he ownself make up a patient name wit ic no. S01234567A n wrote on the patient form n slot in to the box where ppl slot it in to do treadmill...then he himself went out makin jt thinks tat there were no more patients so she off all machines...then jt saw the patient form tat dr guna slot in...she starts to panic n on the machines again n went out to call dr guna back...then dr guna said"woah...u're so efficient ah" ..docs realli hav nth better to do...too boh liao...
today...mi n angela damn unlucky...we tot we passed the danger zone...but there was actualli another danger zone right in front of us...
oh ya...i mus mention abt tis sms...
