sat... went to attend the singlive event at suntec city... gt taxi claim n meals provided but main motive was still to look out for handsome docs n watch cath live transmission n satelite transmission... basically the docs will do the cases at nhc n the panel will discuss abt the cases n wat to do... was hopin for a heated argument... bt nt much of tat... heard fri one was a heated yet educational discussion... cardiologists frm all over the world came... woah...those jap drs... most handsome...presentable...stylish n carry branded bags... after all this, of cos hw can i miss the buffet section... nice food...esp the pastries... mi n yn were eatin while takin care of the headsets which i tink we are nt allowed to do tat.. but the food was so temptin... buffets for drs are jus so different... after the event, the drs went for their gala night at SINGAPORE FLYER... so gD!!! after the event, went out wit dearest sy... wanted to watch step up2 but the queue was jus too long... walk around...nth was nice... went clark quay n we went manhattan fish market.. their fish n chips was nice... seafood platter n caesar salad were so-so onli... bought sh's present liao... sh...tempted to know wat is it???...;)

today...went cath lab for EPS... when fel n i went in, the board was blank la... no cases at all except afternn... tot i cld go home... NT ALLOWED... had to sit at the pantry n study...=( oh ya...durin break time, i saw JACOB!!! she wants mi to say HI to all of the 2A ppl=) she was askin mi so am i gng to further studies...any other fields im considerin... so i start to ponder... shld i continue tis line....or maybe opt for other choices... but wat other choices do i hav in the area of science... i like anatomy n physio alot...i like to know more abt it... i dislike cells....things tat need to be under the microscopic eye... unfortunately, degree in biomedical science are mainly focusin on genomics n etc... jacob told mi maybe i cn consider pharmacy... gd pay, bright future ahead... true....i've considered tat option before... but i will alwaes rmb hw i dread intro pharm n pharm math... those drug reactions, bioavailability, doasages...ewww... sometimes i wonder... shld we choose something u like but the pay is jus gng to be so-so or something tat u dun like but the pay is gng to be very gd... in tis medtech n cardiac tech field, wat's the highest position tat u cn reach?? a lab manager??... in the science field, ur pay is not gng to be tat high...compared to ppl in business... maybe i shld consider tat... doing marketing in the science field... i like marketing... there were times tat i hope i nv grow up... still in my sec sch life... dunnid to ponder abt wat i shld do but when these tots start to fill my mind, i start to hear the tickin of the clock remindin myself to be brave n stay +ve hopin tat it's a bright future ahead... |
