did holter on sunday. it's a test where patients have to monitor the electrical activity of the heart for 24hrs. basically, electrodes and wires are put onto the patient's body so u can't bath or remove it for 24hrs. had been wantin to do it for quite a long time since it's free for us(yes, im a typical s'porean) and i wanted to know whether my heart's electrical conduction is normal.

electrodes placement above. jus like a suicide bomber. u might be stopped by the police if u didn't hide those wires properly. one of the patients was stopped by the mrt staff before and they let him off onli when he showed the holter form issued by NHC.

suppose to put for 24hrs but i onli did 13hrs. cn't imagine hw the patients cn tahan that machine on their body for so long. remove it today and it was damn PAINFUL!! those tapes n electrodes were difficult to remove. i realli wonder why i ask those patients if it's painful n their ans was NO. imagine those wit chest hair, OUCH!

nw i understand the feelings of the patients. im gng to be gentle to them when i remove the electrodes. im gng to be extra gentle to those patients wit chest hair. im gng to stick the least amt of tapes as possible.

unfortunately, abit to late to realize it nw when attachment is endin in 4days.

results above!! it's normal. i tried to do all sorts of things within the 13hrs to have a more comprehensive result. jump, run, sleep, make myself nervous etc. so my highest heart rate was 144 when i was runnin, lowest was 44 when i was sleepin.all normal. no abnormal rhythm=)
